Set a lofty purpose that is fair, aboveboard and grounded in a just cause.
February: Set specific goals
Always share the goals you set with your employees.
March: Keep a passionate desire in your heart
Hold a desire so strong and persistent that it penetrates even your subconscious mind.

Management requires a fierce fighting spirit greater than that of any combat sport.
September: Face every challenge with courage
There must be no cowardly behavior.
October: Always be creative in your work
Keep improving without pause: tomorrow better than today, and the day after better than tomorrow. Keep finding new ideas and refinements.

Business always involves another party. Everyone, including that party, should be happy; everyone should be pleased.
