Seishinjuku New York is a study group of business owners in New York who learn the life and management philosophy of Kazuo Inamori, the founder of Kyocera. It was founded in 2003 as Seiwajuku New York and has continued as Seishinjuku New York since 2020.

Activities

What we do

Monthly study meetings

Every month we study Kazuo Inamori's books and recorded lectures. After the meeting, members share impressions and business experience over an informal dinner.

Member-led sessions

Members run reading circles of the Seiwajuku journal and special study meetings. In small groups, they also keep up two weekly practices: the Journal Marathon and Ritax.

English sessions and exchange

We hold a monthly study meeting in English, and members join meetings and conventions around the world to learn with members elsewhere.

Membership is generally for people aged 30 or older who want to learn and practice with energy and commitment: business owners, heads of U.S. subsidiaries, and others in comparable management roles (a short review applies).
