Session 3: [Corporate Philosophy] "How to Compile a Corporate Philosophy That Takes Root"
Thursday, September 16, 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (40-minute lecture / 20-minute Q&A)
Mr. Inamori explained his management philosophy through three meanings, "mission," "vision" and "philosophy," and systematized it by presenting the company motto (Respect the Divine and Love People) as the concept that encompasses them all. This has helped many former Seiwajuku member companies establish their management philosophy and make it take root. Challenges in putting the Inamori management philosophy into practice include the following.
(1) Applying and customizing it to fit your own company's organizational culture and history.
(2) Building a sense of genuine agreement within the company (among employees) as it takes root.
Our consultants will present the challenges in systematizing a management philosophy and ways to solve them, with case examples.
1. The cycle of introducing the Philosophy and making it take root
2. The basic framework of the Inamori management philosophy: mission, vision and Philosophy
3. Introducing the Philosophy and making it take root
