May Seishinjuku New York Monthly Study Meeting Held on Zoom; Next Meeting Thursday, 6/18

Hello everyone.
Yesterday, Thursday, May 21, 2020, the Seishinjuku New York monthly study meeting was held remotely on Zoom.
From Kyocera's 12 Management Principles, we focused our study on Principle 5, "Maximize revenues and minimize expenses."
After the study meeting, we held a remote informal dinner gathering and shared updates on how everyone has been. At a time when doing business is very difficult around the world because of COVID-19, members involved in running companies in the United States were able to exchange information, and I think it was a very worthwhile time.
Perhaps the greatest appeal of a remote study meeting is that people who live far away and whom we normally cannot meet are able to take part.

The monthly study meeting is held on the third Thursday of every month.
The next meeting, on Thursday, 6/18, is being prepared as a remote study meeting like this one, and we look forward to seeing all members there.

What is Seishinjuku New York?
Seishinjuku New York is an organization formed under a new name from Seiwajuku NY, a nonprofit organization that was dissolved at the end of 2019.
It traces its origins to Seiwajuku, a member-led study group that began in 1983 when young business owners in Kyoto gathered to learn from Kazuo Inamori, Chairman Emeritus of Kyocera Corporation, how to live as a human being [philosophy of life] and how to think as a business owner [management philosophy].
