Happy New Year.
The next Seishinjuku New York monthly study meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 1/18, and will be combined with the annual general meeting and a Shinnenkai (New Year gathering).
It will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and online. We look forward to seeing all members there.

(2) Announcement and approval of the lead organizer and organizers for the new year (Matsumoto), 18:15-18:20
(3) Activity plans for the new year and statements of intent
(i) Presentation of activity plans and statements of intent (each organizer), 18:20-18:40
(ii) Proposed budget for the new year, 5 minutes (Kimijima, 蝉本), 18:40-18:45
(4) Q&A (all members), 10 minutes, 18:45-18:55

19:00-19:15: Opening (moderator: Imaizumi)
- Recitation of the Seishinjuku slogan
- Recitation of the 12 Management Principles and the Six Endeavors
19:15-20:00: Viewing of a lecture by Chairman Inamori: from "What a Leader Should Be," "The 12 Management Principles That Drove the Revival of Japan Airlines," a lecture given at Sharp Corporation on February 7, 2014, approx. 41 minutes
This year, we would like to return to our original intentions and engrave the 12 Management Principles in our hearts at the start of the year.
20:00-20:50: Self-introductions and each member's aspirations for this year. Please speak about Principle 1, "Clarify the purpose and mission of your business," in connection with the purpose and mission of your own business.
20:50-21:00: End of the monthly study meeting, 10-minute break
21:00-22:00: Shinnenkai (New Year gathering), opening remarks: member Matsumoto
22:00: Member Matsumoto closes the Shinnenkai (New Year gathering); everyone then cleans up together
22:15: Dismissal
The monthly study meeting is held on the third Thursday of every month.

What is Seishinjuku New York?
Seishinjuku New York is an organization formed under a new name from Seiwajuku NY, a nonprofit organization that was dissolved at the end of 2019.
It traces its origins to Seiwajuku, a member-led study group that began in 1983 when young business owners in Kyoto gathered to learn from Kazuo Inamori, Chairman Emeritus of Kyocera Corporation, how to live as a human being [philosophy of life] and how to think as a business owner [management philosophy].
